Located within Cedar Falls Chiropractic, our co-op creates the perfect setting for independent practitioners to thrive while offering clients access to complementary approaches to health.

🧘MONDAY YOGA - Every Monday at 2pm

Begin the week with a midday break with yoga and gentle movement.  

🧘WEDNESDAY YOGA  - Every Wednesday at 5pm
Focus on your breath, and be aware of your body (Embodiment practice) to end your day.

🧘THIRD SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH
A combination of Deep Stretch (Yin), Strengthen (Vinyasa), and Relax (Restorative) yoga in one seamless flow. Suitable for all levels, offers a complete experience to stretch, strengthen, and recharge. Limited to 6 participants.
